Nilda Ivette Cartagena Rivera is a ministerial leader committed to theological formation and Christian counseling. She currently serves as Director of Administration and Finance at the Puerto Rican Association of Christian Counseling (APCC) and as General Pastor of Casa Belén School/Church, Inc. Converted to the gospel in 1997 and called to the ministry in 2001, she has dedicated her life to Christian service, excelling in teaching and pastoral leadership. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Mental Health Counseling from ICCCI, a Master's degree in Mental Health, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Pastoral Studies from ICVC. She also has training in theology, chaplaincy, and Christian mental health programs such as Fresh Hope. With over 13 years of ministerial experience, she has led the Board of Directors of her church and taught chaplaincy classes. She is distinguished by her dedication to service, teamwork, discretion, active listening, empathy, and punctuality.
