! IMPORTANT! In order to process your application, it is necessary to attach the following documents: 1. Valid identification document with photo (driver's license or passport). 2. Copy of the documents that prove your academic degree (if you are already a graduate). 3. Corresponding professional certifications (if applicable). 4. Copy of professional license (if applicable). 5. Official certification that validates your status as a full-time student (only for those who are currently students). 6. Ordination document (if you are an ordained pastor). 7. Certification of Law 300 - Puerto Rico Police Bureau (requirement). Important: Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Annual Contribution to your Membership
