Dr. Lydia Boschetti, Vice President of the Puerto Rican Association of Christian Counseling (APCC), is a renowned international speaker, professional counselor specializing in mental health, and a master and trainer coach in neurolinguistic programming and couples therapy. She has given lectures in various regions of Central, South, and North America, as well as in Spain, impacting leaders and professionals in the fields of mental health and Christian counseling. She is also president of the Pastoral Training Center, an institution dedicated to training Christian leaders in mental health. She currently has a private practice in Puerto Rico, where she treats cases of depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, stress, fibromyalgia, executive coaching, and life coaching, among others. Her approach integrates principles of humanistic and transpersonal psychology, including hypnotherapy.
